Refund policy

1. Returns (90-Day Window)
Please note that NaPurel does not offer free returnsโ€”all return shipping charges and related fees are the customerโ€™s responsibility.

If youโ€™re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Be in the same pristine condition as when you received it (unworn, unused)
  • Retain all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that fails to meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@napurel.com with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photo of the item (if damaged)
Your full name and delivery address
We will reply with a dedicated return addressโ€”please do not ship to the senderโ€™s address.
Ship the package via your chosen carrier; return postage is your responsibility.
After inspection, we will confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer (a private individual purchasing for non-commercial purposes), you may also cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. All EU returns must still satisfy the 30-day return conditions above.

How to Withdraw: Send a clear declaration of withdrawal (e.g. email to support@oldralph.com) within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: You cover all shipping costs.
Refund Timing: We will refund all payments received (excluding original delivery charges and any additional shipping fees you selected) within 14 days of receiving and approving your return.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
All change or cancellation requestsโ€”including product variants, personalization details, or shipping addressโ€”must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. Although our team may take up to 24โ€“48 hours to confirm your request, it must be sent within this 1-hour window.

Because NaPurel processes orders swiftly, we cannot guarantee any modifications received after this deadline. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that NaPurel is not liable for change requests made beyond the 1-hour period.

5. Refund Details
Approved Returns: Refunds are issued via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions: Delivery costs and any extra fees for expedited or non-standard shipping are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect returns and up to 14 days for your refund to appear.
